The City of Geneva has a long history that goes back more than two millenniums. Its past is tightly linked to its economical development which extends from the watchmaking field to the bank trade but also the international organizations who have conferred Geneva the title of International City.
Memorial plaque for the United Nations Square, to commemorate René Cassin, recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize in 1968 and responsible together with Eleanor Roosevelt- for having composed the first draft of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
