From syndicated bank for financing international commercial transactions  in 1961, it became a Private Bank in 1997 and was renamed UEB United European Bank. In 2006, through a strategy of "globalization", it was taken by BNP Paribas. It is in this context that a "log book" was designed as a final document of the Bank and provided as a "souvenir" to all employees at the closing night.
